Athanassios Sakellariadis is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at the University of Ioannina and former director of the Dpt. of Philosophy.  He studied  at the Universities of Crete (undergraduate studies), University of Athens, U.C.L.A., University of Regensburg (graduate studies), and received a PhD from the University of Ioannina (2000).  He is the author of two books and editor and co-editor of two published volumes.  Athanassios Sakellariadis has also published more than fifty five  papers in domestic and international journals and volumes and he is a member of several international philosophical societies and committees.
